Hi, I Samir Mastekar, Final year Post Graduate, pursuing Master of Technology from Shri Guru Gobind Singh Institute of Management & Technology, Nanded in CAD/CAM. I am a CAD/CAM/PLM software developer intern and research enthusiast working in Siemens Software India Pvt Ltd in Team Center Integrated NX(TCIN) team. My expertise includes fixing the bugs of customer, Good Debugging Skills using the Visual Studio, data analysis, and research paper. I have published 1 research papers. I enjoy generating new ideas and devising feasible solutions to broadly relevant problems. My colleagues would describe me as a driven, resourceful individual who maintains a positive proactive attitude when faced with adversity. Currently, I am seeking for opportunities that allow me to develop CAD/CAM/CAE Software models and perform data analysis that benefits society. Specific fields of interest include data analytic, CAD/CAM Software Development, CAD Customization, web development, and front end development.

Learned several state of the art deliver presentation in front of 60 to 80 Student. Also Learn how to train different CAD/CAM/PLM software like AutoCAD, NX , AutoDesk Inventor and Teamcenter to the junior.
Role & Responsibility Handled:- Written G-Code and M-Code for CNC Lathe Machine and Vertical Milling Center. Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models. Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process. Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product. Cleaning and maintaining the machine.
Converted Normal 4 Stroke Engine to Variable Compression Engine(VCR). Also checked the performance of Two Wheeler (Wheel- BHP, Tractive Effort, Fuel Average, Accl. Dist. 'M' & Time 'Sec') by varying Engine Compression Ration and Fule Blend(HHO Gas).

Drafting Automation is process of creating different views (Front, Top and Side View) of a 3D Model. In this project, user just need to select the 3D Model and provide the basic input like Sheet size, types of view etc.
